Where can i get a good Hatha yoga DVD?
I don’t think i want to burn it from the computer, so if you send a youtube video i will gladly add it into a playlist but that’s what I’m looking for. what I’m looking for is a good minimum of 30 minutes video of hatha yoga.
**This is the my first time doing hatha yoga, any experienced hatha yoga-ers have/had surprising results?
