will i lose tone or become unfit?
i'm going to NYC for a week on sunday and wont be able to work out at all. that means no running, weight lifting, dancing etc. i'll try to make time for my yoga and crunches but i doubt i'll be able to slip it in.
i'll be walking everywhere, and i dont really eat much when i go to new york... like 2 meals a day usually, so i wont gain weight.
but will i lose tone at all or is it ok to take a week off as long as after that i jump right back in? (i'm usually active for 2 hrs a day)
i can walk. i said i'd be walking EVERYWHERE. which is an average of like, 8-10 hrs of walking.
I'm active 2 hrs a day too, and one time I had to Leave for a week to go to Europe, and when i came back I actually Ran FASTER, and could do way more reps. I think my body liked the long break, and when i came back it was fully recovered and ready to work. One week wont do anything, and plus its not like your doing Absolutely nothing at all you will probably be walking around! Oh and I ATE A TON in europe and didn't gain a single pound i actually lost Weight b/;c traveling makes you stressed and you tend to loose. Especially us recovering anorexics.
