
P90X..........................................!!!!?
I am doing the classic routine of P90X:
Day 1 – Chest and Back, plus Ab Ripper X
Day 2 – Plyometrics
Day 3 – Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4 – Yoga X
Day 5 – Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
Day 6 – Kenpo X
Day 7 – Rest or X Stretch
My question is about day 1. I have lost the Chest and Back DVD so could i replace it with something like Chest, Shoulders and Triceps? Or is there something else i could replace it with?
Can you download it from a torrent site or make a copy from a friend? Until I got the correct disk, I think replacing that day with Chest, Shoulder, Tri's would be better than nothing. But your back won't get the intense workout, and your arms won't get as much rest as the system allows.
