yoga x is hard

why cant i lose the last stone?

I have been on a weight watchers diet since febuary this year i weighed 15 stone i am no 11.5 stone this has been done with a lost of hard exercise like spin ,body pump,aqua areobics and yoga alos at jym 4 days a week most weeks but i have noticed that its takeing forever for this stone to go what else can i do ? also i have been trying to lose this stone for 2 months now am stuck and dont no whats happening help someone please thankyoo x

Sometimes you hit a plateau while dieting and the only thing you can do it to diet a little harder and give it time. The weight will eventually come off, just keep working at it and be patient. Also, talk to the people at Weight Watchers, they may have some suggestions for you. Congratulations on the success you've had so far:)
