
Pilates Vrs Yoga please helppp?
what workout is best for abs pleas answer
(I know this aint the right cat but nobody answers in the other)
Yoga works your entire body, and the core of the body really well.
Pilates focuses on abs but also works the entire body.
Either of them will work about the same, but Pilates will most likely give you faster results in the ab region. Might I suggest doing them both? Pilates twice a week and yoga once a week. Then running/jogging/walking once or twice a week as well.
