what kind of yoga should I do?
First I must say that I'm a guy,I work out (lift weights) and in the summer when I feel up to it I run, but lately I would like to do some sort of yoga exercise. I'm not sure what kind to do, should I do the weight loss one (in hopes to get that elusive six pack), strength training, or what ever other types are out there. I would like to be more flexible and release some stress. I guess I don't need a power yoga workout since I do lift weights, I was just wondering if the weight loss one I found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yf1MtRZx_J4 is decent workout or if anyone has any other advice, I seriously know zilch about yoga and would love to find a video that is just a good overall routine.

The two styles I would recommend are Ashtanga & Iyengar btw (they are very different).
Ashtanga.
Ashtanga is a fast-paced series of sequential postures practiced by yoga master K. Pattabhi Jois, who lived in Mysore, India. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Today, yogis continue to spread Jois's teachings worldwide, making it one of the most popular schools of yoga around.
Iyengar.
Iyengar developed by yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar more than 60 years ago, promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance through coordinated breathing and poses that require precise body alignment. The poses are generally held longer than in other styles of yoga. In Iyengar, you slowly move into a pose, hold it for a minute or so, and then rest for a few breaths before stretching into another.
