Power Yoga and Bikram Yoga Room Temp???
Okay. I tried these two types of yoga, and every time I did these programs, the room temp was 100 digress Fair and Height. I felt really dizzy because I felt as not enough oxygen was inhaled and I felt really uncomfortable? What should I do to prevent this? I tried different types of yoga but I like these two the best. Thx!
if had the same problem. I usually make sure I eat enough before as well. I usually have two pieces of bread and sum fruit about an hour before. Then i continue to hydrate so you actually have sumthing to sweat, also if you continue to go these yoga classes ull get used to it and ull figure out what to eat that makes u most comfortable.
