I'm beginning yoga. HELPPP!!!!?
I'm starting yoga and I want to but a DVD instead of renting one from a local video store. I haven't done yoga before and i want to try it. My friends do it and they all like it, so I thought i would try it too! I don't know which dvd i should buy. I know they have them for beginners but I want a good one. I need help picking one. If anyone could help by listing some tapes or saying what you use and like i would appreciate it! Thanks. =]

A.M. and P.M. Yoga for Beginners by Gaiam. I purchased it at Barnes and Nobles. If you have cable, the FIT channel also has a whole yoga series which I've DVRed and saved.
Yoga is an excellent activity for people of all ages and sizes. Be patient, don't expect miracles, and enjoy the benefits to your body. Good luck!
