Home made aromatherapy cleansing spray for yoga mats?
I had found the directions for making these a few months ago, but my computer died and I lost my bookmarks and now I can not find it. Does anyone know where I can find directions, or the directions themselves? Thanks in advance.
Take a spray bottle filled with water(distilled if you can) and add 20-30 drops of tea tree essential oil. Tea tree oil is both anti-viral and anti-bacterial. After class just spray down your mat and towel dry.
Other oils you can blend with the water if you like are lavender, peppermint, cedarwood, chamomile and eucalyptus.
