a couple who are old and retired.
They both like to volunteer at church and travel.
The man like golf and computer. He has heart condition.
The woman likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle, gardening and yoga. She has knee and hip pain.
They have good retirement income and substantial savings.

Try retirement communities. Some have golf courses, swimming pools, country clubs, spas, gyms and other activities. They also will have a choice of finding an apartment or house. As far as where might they live in the broader community you did not say where they live. This information can help to find what areas are suited best for travel as well as living in the broader community. As far as wants they should answer the question for wants because only they know their wants.
