A Work Out/Exercise Plan For 300 Pound Person?

I have kids, I work at home. I need an activity (pilates, yoga, something that can be done inside everyday).

It can't be too strenuous, I'm pushing 300 pounds people. Something simple to learn.

Nothing to purchase either, I'M A MOM, expenses are tight!

So common videos are okay...

I'd suggest just concentrating on eating healthily for now. You can lose a lot of weight if you commit to just eating right. Don't stray and you'll start seeing and feeling results within the month. I promise.

Eat the following:

Meat (including eggs, bacon and sausage)
Vegetables
Fruit
Dairy (cheese, skim milk)

Don't eat:

Breads
Pasta
Starches (potatoes, corn)
Beans

Now, surprise! You CAN have dessert:

Vanilla Ice Cream
Chocolate syrup
Whipped Cream
Nuts, Cherries, Bananas - make a sundae!
Pudding
Just as long as there's no bread or crust, you're good!
