
Can someone helkp me design a workout plan with the workout videos i already have?
i have several workout systems/videos. im not usre as to which order to start them in. Here are the ones i have:
hip hop abs
yoga booty ballet
slim in 6
kathy smith personal training dvd
denise austin personal training dvd
All of Jilian Micaels and the biggest loser dvds.
can someone pelase help me design a workout schedule so i can have some guidance. also an important NOTE: i am not beginner im intermediate. thank you!!!!!!!!!!
Just use a different one each day, and rest or just go for a walk on the 7th day.
If you use a different regime every day, this will use different muscles groups each day which is healthier.
