who can tell me if my workout schedule is considered light, moderate, extreme, or very extreme (details below)?

ok SO here the thing. I work out everyday. I do 1 hour of cardio and roughly an hour to an hour and 30 Min's of toning.. like light weights yoga and things like that... I do not work I basically work from home at a desk.. So besides house work and general house activity and occasionally working out in the garden or cleaning the house.. What is this considered light, moderate, extreme, or very extreme.. I am having trouble determining it.. When I do my workout everyday I push myself to where I am sweating and out of breath but not to far just far enough. When I looked online for what it was considered it just gives me the same Ole' if u workout 3-5 days ur this.. I don't really understand that.. SO please any help would be helpful.. thanks

its definitely not light or very extreme , which is good because you don't really want either. doing both toning and cardio everyday is good, and having over 2 hours of both combined is even better. your workout is probably about extreme
