i am am man and I want to do Yoga, is there a video somewhere?

I am a man looking for physical fitness, is there a video somewhere that I can watch so it will show me how to do yoga?

If you can somehow access the yoga video from p90x that'd work wonders for you. I used to do that and it was very beneficial for me becoming more flexible and it was also difficult to execute a lot of the positions and maintain them. It's a great workout give it a try if you can.
