yoga fit training
Fat or Muscle? (wii fit)?
Ok well I have been using the Wii Fit for about 2 days now, I am 30 yrs old, 5'3, and 172 pounds. Yesterday I was 170 pounds, and yesterday I had a party which resulted in eating alot of cake and chips, So this morning I went on and gained 1 pound, I work es our with aerobic,yoga, and strength training for 42 Min's and I somehow gained another pound. My Wii Fit age Has gone down from a 26 to 15 which I guess is good, but I gained weight. So idk if this is fat ot muscle or what?
lol its not muscle, it takes a lot to actually gain a lb of muscle. it's just water/food in your stomach
