
What should my caloric intake be, very confused?
Hi again, sorry to bother people. I've always been a bit confused about caloric intake and exercise. Brief rundown of my routine:
Last week's exercise
Tues: 1 hour intense Tae Bo and 1 hour power yoga
Wed: 2 hour ashtanga yoga
Thurs: Tae Bo with Resistance 1 hour
Fri: 2 hour power yoga
Sat: 2 hours kickboxing
Sun: 1 and 10 of yoga
This is a usual schedule for me. I weigh 120ish. Anyone can point me in a good reference direction or have good advice. Thanks again.
Just for the record, I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm 5'6" so 120-125 is fine with me. Thanks again.
Sound like you are very active. So just follow a balancd diet. mabe 2000 to 3000 a day. Remember, your body burn about 3000 calories a day just naturally. That is the fuel for you to live on. So you can eat between 2 and 3 thousand and still burn any excess you have.
