
if i do yoga every morning, then how much weight could i lose by the end of the summer ?
Okay, so there is this tv show and its yoga, it really is amazing I feel super relaxed and everything after it. I was wondering how much weight I could lose by the end of the summer since I would do an hour of yoga everyday, which I know isn't much but it helps me stretch and then I did another half hour of cardio and then half an hour of dance. [ not random dancing, ballet, maybe an hour of dance] ALSO; I am a vegetarian now (: So I do not eat meat, duh. What kind of diet could I follow to help me lose the most weight ? Some veggie friendly recipes would be much appreciated
Keep in mind I do not like condiments. Okay, uhm I think that's pretty much it. UNLESS; you have suggestions to what I should change in my exercise plan. However, I am going to do the yoga FERSURE everyday, one hour. Anything else feel free to change
How much weight you might lose depends on how many calories you burn a day versus how many calories you consume. Yoga isn't a great calorie burning workout but it IS great for many other things so keep it up!
Cardio is what'll burn fat so make sure you do plenty of that (say close to an hour a day, at least 4 or 5 days a week). The yoga will stretch you out and tone your muscles so you will be less likely to be flabby, as well as helps calm and center you emotionally.
As for diet, pop over to the Vegetarian & Vegan category and I'm sure just looking through posts there will result in you finding some recipies and ideas. Doesn't matter if you eat meat or not re: weight loss...you just have to eat less than you burn (but make sure you consume at least 1200 calories a day).
