Is it okay for Christians to practice yoga. Should I refrain from breathing because I might inhale the devil?
I've also been told that I shouldn't pracice martial arts. In particular, kung-fu because certain forms are based on animal movements and so by doing them I am actually worshipping animals.
Pilates is out too. Think about it....Pilates....Pilates.... remove the S and you've got Pilate!
I'm sure it's some sort of demonic omen.
Aerobics strike me as creepy too, because of the "aer." Like Air. Earth, air, fire, water...the start of a pentacle!
Jogging seems safe though.
