yoga at home guide
Looking for a good yoga video?

It's hard for me to leave home to go to a class, so I like to find a yoga video effective to guide me home. Responses experience, please!

My favorites are the series with a girl named Rainbeau Mars. (. I have to think that she is the daughter of hippies) She has four DVDS - Pure energy, pure sweat, pure tranquility, and order the introductory vinyasa practice I can not remember the title. Pure tranquility focuses on preparing the body for meditation. It is a much more mild and tend to use when I need a more restorative practice for some reason. Pure sweat and raw energy are difficult routines that focus heavily on core strength. She does not seem very influenced Iyengar, so there is no emphasis on positions foot. His way of talking through the poses is really wonderful - very descriptive and touching as. Patricia Walden videos too much. She is trained as Iyengar offers much more complete alignment instructions and poses a stronger emphasis on foot. I have not tried all their videos, but I've tried are all pretty good. I would definitely recommend Patricia Walden videos a beginner more than -. Rainbeau Mars videos I also like renting DVDs from Netflix to Blockbuster Online for testing before deciding to buy. The library may also have some tapes to try yoga. That way I can try lots of different things that can be reluctant to spend $ 20 without really knowing what I'm getting. Namaste!
