Best Yoga program for Wii?
I've had my Wii for a little over 3 weeks and love the workout! I have to be careful with my knees though- after 3 surgeries I know that high-impact programs are a no-go. My orthopedic surgeon suggested I try yoga programs made for Wii. I need something that will start me off as a beginner and allow me to progress to harder levels. I've never tried Yoga- please keep that in mind! Any serious suggestions are greatly appreciated! ( I have the balance board & all the accessories- I don't know if that is necessary to have with certain programs but I own one just in case!)
* i have Wii fit & Wii fit plus- just got it today from the UPS guy! I haven't opened the package yet so I'm hoping it has yoga! If it doesn't, any other suggestions for Wii "games" that have a decidedly Yoga base are also greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
Wii Fit plus and Wii fit are great games for the wii they let you do yoga and make things get lets say harder as you go on hope this helps also there are different workouts too!
