
How can I feel relaxed?
For someone who has a hard time feeling free, letting go, and enjoying things, what can be done to help relax the mind and body?????
So far I have taking a bath in epsom salt, breathing exercises, yoga, exercise, singing, music, dancing, laughing, smelling lavender oil, drinking chamomile tea, taking valerian root, and taking kava kava
okay, NEVER result to taking drugs, smoking and alcohol just for the sake of relaxing (trust me;it'll make you less relaxed then ever)
I suggest you do something that you take a great interest in, even common hobbies. Also try being around people who make you feel happy and safe & secure, don't go off worrying about this problem alone.
remember you'll always have someone there for you! =]
Enjoy life as it comes. Don't stress over the rest!
