Prenatal Yoga at Home?
Anyone who's used or is using a prenata yoga DVD at home, what do you think? Is it a waste of money or did you use it? Also, recommendations on a good DVD would be much appreciated. I belong to a gym, but it's small and there are no classes. I used to do a Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates mix, but I think it was a bit hard for pregnancy. Thanks!
I love the prenatal yoga dvd. I do it daily, and it has helped so much with all the little pains. And my doctor says its great to do because it will make you muscles more flexible, and labor easier.
I got mine for christmas, but my boyfriend bought one of them from barnes and nobles.
Highly recommended Pregnancy/Prenatal Yoga DVD
